Gloucestershire District Association of The Camping and Caravanning Club was formed in 1963, over 60 years ago. We are more commonly called Glosda or The Glosters.
Its continued success and vitality is a testament to its current membership and committee and to past members and committees who dedicated themselves to ensuring that the DA continued to flourish. Each year the DA organises a number of sites throughout the year and Temporary Holiday Sites. These meets are enjoyed by members who live local to Gloucestershire and by visitors who come from all over the country.
There are no requirements for camping with Glosda other than being a member of The Camping and Caravanning Club. Tent, caravan and motorhome owners of all ages and from all backgrounds enjoy camping with us. Some of the current members started as babies with their parents and now bring their own children and grandchildren camping with them.

The Frampton on Severn Country Fair is a large, traditional one-day event held each September in the 30 acres of parkland of the Frampton Court Estate.
With over 400 trade stands, three display rings, and a traditional funfair, the fair offers something for all ages.
Expect incredible spectacles, from stunt shows to demonstrations of equestrian skill, in the main arena.
The Countryside Ring allows visitors to get up close with classic country activities like falconry, dog events, and traditional crafts.
The fair caters to families with entertainment for both adults and children, including Punch and Judy shows, live music, and opportunities to see native farm animals.
Numerous food and drink vendors offer a wide range of local produce and traditional fairground treats.

You are then free to go camping with any of the 93 DA's over 13 Regions in the UK.
