Stow-on-the-Wold & District Rugby Football Club offers a highly-rated, scenic campsite located on Oddington Road just outside the historic town of Stow-on-the-Wold. It serves as a practical, peaceful base for touring the Cotswolds, offering stunning elevated views across the valley and surrounding hills.
The club is situated about 1.5 miles outside the centre of Stow-on-the-Wold. You can easily walk into town in about 35–40 minutes using scenic public footpaths and quiet back roads, bypassing the main highways.
A local bus service from nearby Oddington village connects you directly to regional highlights like Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford if you want to leave your vehicle behind.
The clubhouse bar is often open in the evenings. There is an on-site pizza shack/van on select evenings, and plenty of local pubs within walking distance.
